A thriving multi-specialty group located in the heart of San Diego, CA is seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join their staff as an outpatient clinician. Join a team of other primary care physicians who practice in brand new, start-of-the-art clinical space. The practice is recruiting to help meet surging patient demand in the community. The practice has multiple practice sites across the greater San Diego area making it easy to find a great practice location close to home.



Applicants can expect a competitive base salary, productivity incentives, and comprehensive benefits including a defined pension plan.



The Position:

• 4 Day Work Week Available

• The position consists of 36 hours seeing patients with a protected 4 hours for administrative time.

• No nights or weekend work required

• 18 - 20 patients per day - 40 minutes for each new patient and 20 minutes for each follow up

• EPIC EMR

• Productivity Bonus Included - Most physicians in the practice are making over $300,000 annually

• Base Salary Range - $290,569 to $322,900 based on experience
